Jungling?
What kind of runes should I have on junglers who don't have sustain? I always find when I want to gank im below half health, but other other junglers are either at full or 3/4th? I have lifesteal stuff on, or is it my masteries?

Sometimes it's about switching up the routes you run. For instance, I start Red on Rek'Sai instead of Kruggs because when I smite to kill, I am at full health and level 2. Then I can do raptors, wolves, blue, gromp, kruggs and I'm level 4 ready to gank with over 3/4 health. Sometimes it's just about finding the right route for yourself that will get you the EXP but stay healthy in the process. For runes, most champions can run fairly basic runes, and unless you have a surplus of IP to spend on runes, I wouldn't worry too much about making specific pages for champs. The only champs I have specific rune pages for are Rek'Sai and Gragas, and even then, I can play a lot of other jungles with those pages. Runes boil down to what helps you feel more comfortable on that champion, because your skill/mechanics effect the outcome of your jungling far more than runes alone.
Most common jungling page for AD champs would be: x9 Mark of Attack Damage x9 Seal of Armor x9 Glyph of Scaling Magic Resistance x3 Quint. of Attack Damage
But I have seen people successfully play the same champs with completely different runes. My Gragas page has attack speed in it, but somebody else might take the AP marks instead. It's all personal preference. What junglers are you playing though?
Get 9 armor seals. That's pretty much the most important thing. They're also really really important for ADC's and supports.
Most of your sustain will actually come from killing camps, your hunter's machete and your potions. Lifesteal isn't a huge factor early on. You mostly have to reduce the damage you take and armor is what you need for it.
Also I don't know if the rune pages on na.op.gg are correct but if they are I have more important advice. Some runes are more effective than others. For example MR seals will give 0.74mr while MR glyphs give 1.34mr. That's almost double as much. And it's the other way round for armor and health. So generally, stick to the type that is most effective. That's why the two most basic runesets that would have you covered for most champs/roles are:
AD: 9 AD marks, 9 armor seals, 9 MR glyphs, 3 AS quints AP: 9 Mpen marks, 9 armor seals, 9 MR glyphs, 3 AP quints
