Ok so ive aquired 12.6k gold and i want a sup champ. Ive been eyeballing bard for a while, he just looks cool and interesting to me, but would thresh be a better option?
Btw id prefer to use the other 6.3k for a different champ, not another sup xD

Thresh fits into any teamcomp, Bard is fun but hard to Play. If you want a champ to master + Play in ranked then go Bard. Thresh gets picked so often.
Thresh in a sense would be a better option because of how easy it would be to learn and play. Bard will take practice especially trying to learn when to ult to help the team. Whereas like Madknife has said Thresh could fit into any type of TeamComp.
They're both team oriented supports that can change the tide of a fight if communicated well with your team.
is more of an aggressive support that has a ton of cc used for both him and his allies. He's a lot more consistent with his abilities.
is more of a fight changing support that picks off 1 person at a time. Pick someone out with hook, or save someone with lantern. He isn't consistent, but a hook can be game changing.
