Sion's new kit

Overall his Q W E are a lot more meaningful to combo. the E helps with Q which in turn holds them long enough for W to go off. But I'm worrying about people going with sion and ending up being taunted when killed. His innate makes him require to single a target, and yet some of the sions i'm looking at get CC'ed and held in place while others just stand there then goad them into thinking they'll get a kill but don't.

Anyone else think frozen mallet is going to be a must-have for sion players at this rate?
