I recently had a game with three afkers. (Not in ranked but still.) I'm not going to ask riot to OMGPUNISHTHESENARBSRIGHNOWTHEYRUINEDMEHGAME!!!!

But instead ask how you would get people to like you so they don't want to leave. This hasn't happened a lot, and I'm not a negative person, I just think that if your able to be a leader that everyone loves then that increases your chances of winning by a lot. So how do you be more likeable and lead low elo people.

Try editing your title. I think people ignore "Afker" threads nowadays. There's been plenty of them. Just call good plays and compliment good plays and good teamwork, and if something goes wrong, be a "We'll get them next time" not a "That was a really bad play." Constructive criticism only goes so far. I'm not one to talk about being more likeable, I can be a jerk, but I do know that those things I just listed are a good way to start.
