Can someone explain what bot's/Botting is?

{quoted}

Accounts being controlled by a bot rather than a player, they will usually play against bots and their goal is to get IP/xp without doing anything. Most of these accounts are created to be sold, which is against the rules and so is botting.

but how do you get a bot to control your acc? Like what.
