I miss the the "unskilled" report option
Can we please have it back so I can report 1/11 and be reported if I suck that much too?

It didn't do anything anyway. It was used at the introduction of new matchmaking or something to help sort people faster. It was never used to punish people and became just a placebo report.
If they're doing bad, it happens to everyone and there's no reason to report, nor is it punishable. If they are intentionally feeding then there's a report option for that.
