i already own talon, fizz, viktor, vayne, renektion, riven, orianna and lee sin
who should i get next, i was thinking vlad would be fun to play but not 100% sure if i want to get him cuz it takes me a couple weeks to earn this much ip.
i dont care what role they play, just wanna know what you would get and why! im open to all sorts of opinions.

I bought him a couple months ago, and he was by far my best purchase. I went ad/tank Skarner jungle when I First started playing him, I wrecked.
Then I tried straight AD jungle, I wrecked.
Straight tank jungle? Haven't lost a single ranked with it yet.
Then I decided to try full AP Skarner top... That went really well (surprisingly) and AP Skarner works really well on aram. It has great duel (With nashors tooth) and very effective burst and sustain with his AP scaling shield.
He's probably the most versatile champion I've ever owned, and by far my favorite. He has wonderful utility. A Speed boost that ramps up slowly, Scaling shield, Low cooldowns, A slow, and an AMAZING lockdown (His ult).
If you ever load up a match and are stuck against a fiora/yi/zed/akali/kat/Pretty much any assassin ever that has no extremely strong disengage (And even then, it's still super tough), you will win almost every single time. Seriously, at least try him out.
Or you can try Malzahar if you like mid, and Irelia If you like top.
Wukong is pretty fun and can go full tank or damage. Malzahar is also an interesting champion. It's early do I can't think lol
cant go wrong with 
, no one ever plays him (that I see) and no one knows how to really fight him. also 
is 4800 now.
Lots of really good top laners in the 4800 range
Maokai, Irelia, Rumble , J4
If you dont want any of those then I'd look into Ezreal or Graves
On a personal note, Ahri is my favorite midlaner and she's 4800 ip. She's a really solid champion with no obvious counterpicks.
