Can we have chat in loading screen?
I would love the extra time to be strategic with my team mates before the game. It may even reduce toxicity because the teams have more time to get to know each other.

Well I mean unless you are like me, who just alt tabs and surfs the internet and waits until the game loads.

People don't get along in pre-game chat , during game chat and after game chat why add another chat that can just give you a bigger percentage of getting suspended?
