Suggestion: In Game Notifications

Dear Riot, Can we please start receiving in game notifications (All players would receive at the same time in that match) About things like problems, disruptions, maintenance? My last game was pretty bad and about 15 minutes in me and another player started having lag problems. Now this wouldn't take away the lag but it would at least give of some clarification and make us not think our internet is messing up or we are having ping spikes. It would at least let us know in game the reason why we are suddenly lagging, and maybe make people chill out especially in situations such as "Enemy tower dives me and suddenly I begin to lag and because i can't react gets a kill off". Not asking for a huge change or complaining about lag such is the norm, but just a little heads up in game would be courteous enough
