Leaver Buster and The Client

The Leaver Buster is a pretty necessary system, and the low priority queue is pretty fair. The way my family works it isn't uncommon for me to have to interrupt a game to help out around with the house(My parents are in their 50s, so some of the chores can be rough on them). I'm happy to sit through the low priority queues, but I think it's a bit awkward (And not entirely sensible) to have to restart the queue or wait the full 20 minutes to interact with the client.I'd like to suggest something similar to the penalties for dodging a game, where you can fool around with masteries and such while you wait.
