25% CD at level 5 an shes unstoppable unless your playing someone broken in top lane she can spam taht shield an knock up an its redic ontop of the extra damage passive even building armor against her isint work i dont get why everyone is all of a sudden bypassing armor so easly even if its just one armor pen item they can bypass 300+ armor an win
