Largest Mastery lvl you've seen

I just recently noticed a 319 mastery lvl person in one of the chats and that got me wondering what is the largest number that you guys have seen?

Has anyone come close to the 635 mastery lvl spot and if they have what do they get for spending all that time getting all the champs to mastery 5 cause that sounds like a boat load of work to me.
