Rioter for 1,000th win thing??

So from reading some stuff on here, it seems that a Rioter playing with someone for their 1,000th win was a thing before, and seems to still be that way. One of my friends is close to his 1,000th win on his summoner profile. Any Rioter want to join us for it?? Also, is it mainly for the 1,000th summoner profile win, or the 1,000th Summoner Rift win??
