Funny story for Riot about their Support Ticket thing.... lol
So my friend sent a support ticket to Riot about mystery gift or some weird reason he won't stay. Sounds pretty dumb he sent one for no reason though. We just had a chat about it and it was pretty funny. You should read it. More about it after the copy/paste.

Apparently he liked Riot Wafa being all cheery and everything. I guess he didn't like the new Rioter being too serious. "Wafa called me Christopher. Wafa put smiley face. Wafa said happy new year and that I am a gem", "This new Rioter called me Summoner and just go straight to the answer". lol. I can't stop laughing, but yeah.
Was wondering if other people felt similar. Would anyone else prefer the people dealing with support tickets to be happy and cheery?? Instead of all serious with the same copy/paste stuff?? Could be some interesting feedback for the Rioters on the Help & Support Ticket thing.
P.S. I put this in Miscellaneous instead of the Help & Support boards cause it's more of a funny story about my friend dealing with Help & Support rather than actually needing help from it. So yeah.
