So apparently GP is considered a support when being sorted in the store
but isn't listed as a support...
Update: So Jhin is listed as assassin, but doesn't show up in the assassin's sorting. Is this just me or does anyone else have this?

Everyone gets listed by their primary role. Jhin is a marksman before being considered as an assassin so he is listed as a marksman. Gangplank is listed as a fighter in his primary role and so he will not show up in the support tab.
But some champions are categorized incorrectly. For instance Nunu is listed as a support, Leona is listed as a tank, Akali is listed as an assassin,Urgot is listed as a marksman, and the list goes on. But just be aware that unless it was a newly released champion a lot of those champion labels are incorrect and obsolete. You really can't go by Riot's own labels anymore.
