just a couple thoughts on Dr. Mundo,
do you think you could indicate how much he heals for using his passive like you did for Garen?
also, do you think it would be possible to narrow down an exact percentage of health missing to ad ratio for his Masochism (e) ability?

so long as you are good at math and you know mundo's ratios then you should be able to figure out how much he is healing for. As far as his masochism goes, if you round his current health and max health, then divide the current health by the max health you will get an approximate percentage that represents his current health as a decimal. I don't know if league has any programs or any features that math it out for you, but if you can master math it helps you figure out a lot of things in the game fairly quickly.
well, just as you said, it's difficult to do that kind of math during a game. and besides, that's not really the point. the point is that if they made a counter for Garen, why not for Mundo too
