I wish csing wasn't such a necessity. It places so much weight on the less interesting part of the game. What if I don't want to have to worry about cs does that mean I have to play support every game?
You can play Jungle, it's pretty easy to CS when there's no competition (most of the time). Otherwise, I highly recommend practicing your CS skills anyway. Some champions like Annie are very good at securing CS with their abilities too.
That's like saying "Damn I love to play Counter Strike, I just wish it wasn't such a necessity to aim"... If you choose to ignore cs-ing, you can do that. Works best as support or jungle, but if you don't care for elo then I suppose you can make it work on any position.
