How do I make those custom skins?
Ive seen the snoop dog nasus and the mib lucian and I wanted to make a custom skin for galio ;D any knowledge on how exactly to do that?

I dont know about making them but i know there are plenty of websites that allow you to use custom skins created by others maybe you can make one for galio using one of those sites or maybe make one and try to submit it to one?
