Stop taking Blind Pick seriously... cuz it's not serious.
Perhaps in stead of rigidly calling, you should have a discussion with your allies and try to organize a team comp.
You might find that people less frequently auto-lock if they don't fear their role will be taken before they have a chance to say anything.
Play teambuilder if you want a specific role and champ, blind pick is like a wild west game mode. Anything goes.
