Perhaps in stead of rigidly calling, you should have a discussion with your allies and try to organize a team comp.

You might find that people less frequently auto-lock if they don't fear their role will be taken before they have a chance to say anything.

dude thats the problem. You dont have time to discuss. Its called an AUTO LOCK. People lock in automatically, as soon as lobby starts, steal your role. of you can type a paragraph in 2 seconds or less you might wanna go to guiniss records.

but... if they're locking before you pick your role, then why does it matter - it's not like you called before they picked... so just play something else. You said 'locked something already called' implying there was time before it happened to say something. Otherwise you couldn't have called anything.
