People Spamming Pings During Teamfights

Okay first let me start by saying I like the ping system, although I feel the rate at which you can ping is a little too high, but that's another discussion.

What I don't like is someone mass pinging during a team fight or pinging excessively. I just had an ARAM game where everyone would ping every 5 seconds if someone was in the bush, however they did NOT ping the bush, they would just spam pings all over the map. Their pings would have been useful if they PINGED THE BUSH, instead of pinging all over the place. Another annoying thing they would do, is right after someone dies, the person who dies would spam the hell out of the teamfight with fall back pings. And they would continue to spam pings fall back while our teammates were ALREADY RUNNING. They would also ping enemies who were super away behind the rest of their team, saying TARGET THEM. If we listened to their advice we would all die. Our Riven would also solo dive, get owned, blame us, then spam fall back pings all over the map.

Not only is this distracting for our team, but it's distracting the person who is ping spamming. A lot of times they were pinging instead of attacking or instead of running away, only to be destroyed immediately after and then blame the team. Our Ashe was the only one not ping spamming, and every time she was in a bad position, trying ot run, our team would spam the hell out of her with fall back pings, WHEN SHE WAS ALREADY RUNNING, and I'm certain this distracted her a great deal.

So please, use pings to be helpful, ping the bush if an enemy is there, but don't spam random pings all over the map if that's what you mean. Don't ping spam someone to fall back when they are clearly already running as fast as possible.

Don't let your gameplay suffer because you're too busy pinging the whole damn map.

And before someones comes in saying "Pings are useful", Obviously they are, but that doesn't mean people can't abuse a useful feature and make it a nuisance, which my team did this ARAM game. Or I'm certain people will reply "Maybe you were ignoring their pings". Just no, they pinged every 10-30 seconds on average, sometimes more, and only about 1/4 of their pings actually were helpful and meant anything besides 'OMG NOOB IM GONNA SPAM PING ALL OVER U TO SHOW YOU'RE A NOOB'
