@Rioter - [PBE] acceptance error

So, I finally was able to check out the status of my pbe acceptance.

It told me I was accepted, but before I saw it, I pressed the wrong button and somehow "resent" my application. I don't really understand how that actually works, but on the same page I did that, it was telling me to make the pbe account. Now when I check my status, it tells me that it is under review. Any help on this matter that includes something more than just "wait it out"?
