RIOT HELP: Placing a Bronze Player in a Diamond Solo Q Game - League of Legends

So Ghost to lane is a YouTuber and is encouraging and asking people what they think their rank should be, in regards of this he is placing Bronze player in Solo Que rank games in ever elo even that is challenger, master, Diamond, Plat etc, i found this is bullsh!t as why is he placing lower elo players and ruining game for others there are many videos in YouTube where he is placing such players #bronze in higher elo.

can we banned all those accounts as account sharing and also BAN Ghost to lane for doing such thing, because he is ruining the game for other 4 players in his team, i am not aware if you guys already know this so i am asking it out here, if there is no action taken against him please i hope you guys will take, if it is already did, i am hoping his main account to get banned due to violating the rules of LoL for account sharing even his as i believe he even share his own account if he can get others, we do not need such kind of players in this community
