No free Win anymore In Promos?

So i was Plat 4 got demoted to Plat 5, but now i re enter in series but we normally should get 1 free win right? but i didn't get any why is that? is it a bug or you guys change the rule ? please check

I think after Gold1 you lose that perk.

Always indeed.

If you lose your promos but make it back into your series, you’ll start off with at least one win. This applies to every division and tier up to Gold I, so you’re on your own for promotion into Platinum and above!
