I'm not trying to say that Rumble is "trash", because, lets face it, my main is just a lowly bronze, but I do think that with his upcoming skin Rumble needs some love in the balance department, are there any changes in the pipeline for everyone's favourite Mechanised Menace???

Sir ArmaMalum1 votesBeing manaless and able to put out some serious AP damage, spellvamp is very strong on him. I can't say I'm an authority on Rumble, I barely play him, but since they're taking WotA's mana regen out it'll be very efficient on him again. That and with the very disruptive Lich Bane change(although it actually worse for him with that change) it would probably be better to wait to see how his kit interacts with it before they start fiddling too much.
