when your internet provider takes a massive dump when you're six minutes into the game. :/ Then you spend the whole game apologizing to your team because you can't do shit.

Sometimes. I have good connections for most of my games. But there is always at least one that is truly unplayable. And it sucks the most because there is nothing you can do, nor know beforehand!
Vote with your money and change ISP?
Or if you're willing to forgive them, then keep sticking with them.
