@Riot, don't leave Kassadin to die
Kassadin.
We know he used to be OP way back his ult range was bigger, but now he's practically untouched.
We know from his lore that he's one of those "using darkness against darkness" kind of people, which is fine IMO.
It's his pickrate I'm worried about.

Even though Kassadin's ult was buffed a bit in Patch 5.16, he's still barely seen play. My question is, why has he been left to die like

IMO, the only part of his kit that needs to be changed is his Q, which is okay, to say the least. Although it's his only poke, it gives him a shield that's stronger than 
's Q shield, but lasts 1 second less. On top of that, it interrupts the hit enemy, which is nice if you can:
A- see into the future B- predict like a god C- have amazing luck timing your Q
I propose 3 things to help Kassadin.
1: Remove the interrupt from his Q or just change it to a silence. Kassadin's Q is mostly used as a poke, especially in the earlygame, so why bother giving him an interrupt? 
's Q has a silence that can last up to 3 seconds depending on level, and it can hit more than 1 enemy at once. If Malz can have that, why not Kassadin, considering Kassadin is supposed to be an ANTI-MAGE?
2: Give Kassadin the last Arcade skin. Think about it. The Arcades don't have a midlaner yet.

Kassadin's best (and only) role is midlaner, and he hasn't received a skin since 2011. (Kassadin's best skin is Pre-Void Kassadin, which just makes him look like a caveman with a laser sword. Outside of that, Kassadin's skins are just... ugly.)
3: Keep giving Kassadin small buffs over time (kind of like how his ult was buffed recently) until he's played again.
