about that vlad update
im not sure how i feel about it what do you guys think about it?

I believe his new e has completely ruined him. He is so insanely weak now. Vlad was meant to get hyper late game and never die while constantly dishing out insane damage. Now he will barely be able to do much damage outside of every 5 seconds. But I suppose we'll see.
