Patch notes shouldn't open in launcher

I understand, some people have slower download speeds and get bored on the patch screen. It happens. SOMEONE is going to comment in this thread "just google it yourself lazy nerd." But the truth remains. My download takes 3 seconds and by then I haven't even finished reading the blurb Scarizard writes for each patch. Youtube links have that button in the bottom right. Something similar to that would be awesome
