Game DVR on Windows 10

As some people know, Windows 10 comes with a game recording software in its own. The Game DVR from the Xbox app. I'm just here asking if any other Windows 10 users are having trouble getting the Game DVR to even come up on League. It works fine when on the home client. But in game, not at all. So if anyone else is having problems, does the game even support it? if not, why not? I looked at the FAQs on why it wouldn't work. It says some games block all keys, so even a custom created shortcut to it isn't allowed. Maybe Riot can allow the keys to work?

Any help on this? (Please don't just say to get real recording software. I like this one because it records in high quality, it's easy to record ONLY the moments I want and it's free)
