Why not use Xin Zhao's chinese splash?

With most of the old splashes in-game updated,the few that weren't stand out a bit,and among those is Xin,with one of the oldest splashes still in the game (from 2010). So why not use his chinese splash? It looks much better than the regular one,and this has been already done before with Amumu,Mundo,Pantheon,etc.
