League Please

All I want is to play league. Is that too much to ask? Apparently because I've now gotten the third perma-33% patching bug in a row. After failed attempts to fix this, I chose to reinstall league only for it to freeze at 0KBps half way through. I reopen the client and perma-33% returns... sigh...

If the league gods hear me, please give me a sign! I just want to play some games...
