Fix the ranked system

Its stupid that I have to get stuck with fresh 30's, heimer dinger supports, and the trolls of all trolls in my placement matches. Why does riot after 5 seasons still not address the issue that a fresh 30 is not fit for ranked play at all. When will they realize that they need some sort of win cap before you can play ranked games rather than sticking seasoned players with new guys that still don't have a basic concept of gameplay and strategy. Riot wants to complain about how toxic the community is and making changes about it when in reality they are the ones creating a frustrating and toxic environment for their longer tenured members,

by the time you hit lvl 30 most people have a general concept of the game and there is nothing wrong with fresh 30's its just people who troll that screw you over. I just hit 30 like 2 days ago i think but ive been preparing by buying my runes and getting my mastery's set right and so far ive gone 6-1 in placement. Some games are gonna suck and there are always gonna be trolls there isnt much you can do
