Sion Q and R quick fix.

So I have seen a lot of threads recently talking about this bug and rather than going into all those threads and posting a little fix for it I figured I would just start a new discussion. When your Q and R stop working you can enable quick cast on them and then disable quick cast again right after (or vice versa if you have quick cast on already) and it should fix it. I know it sucks that this bug is occurring so often but at least you can quickly fix it in game this way.
