Is there a command in Sandbox Mode that let's you obtain stacks?
You know, like insta - 10 stacks 
, instant 
, stuff like that?

I mean I like where it's at, it's only on PBE so they should make the change
You can fastforward 30s (for Rod) and you have really low CDs for Abilities, so you should be able to stack Archangel's/Muramana pretty quickly anyways.
