Is there a command in Sandbox Mode that let's you obtain stacks?
You know, like insta - 10 stacks
, instant

If no, consider this a request.

Alnatair1 votesYou can fastforward 30s (for Rod) and you have really low CDs for Abilities, so you should be able to stack Archangel's/Muramana pretty quickly anyways.
