i really wish we could report someone in the lobby and bring it to a vote to dodge

the title says it all. i really hate when i get a troll in the lobby of a game and the only way to get out is for me or someone else that did no wrong to have to dodge the lobby because one person was a huge troll.

i'm thinking hmm this is exploitable because people can just vote to dodge because their team got countered hard. but im sure there are some ways around such an issue.
