I didnt get my RP refunded despite me only purchasing the transfer 1 month before it was announced?

I mean... thats ok I guess........ but........ Free transfers the type of thing you should probably make known a full month in advance to the public. In fact riot. I didn't even KNOW you were making them free until 3 days ago. (apparently the free transfer started on the 15th of december so me reading a FORUM post thats not by a red should be a red flag to you that we're still having a communication problem with the public) Theres no real excuse for not having this as a red post and pinned to the boards.

I'm really upset that we're still having communication issues. I bet you posted this on reddit and expected everyone to know... Well I only use league forums. I don't use twitter, or Reddit... I do use youtube but what content besides advertisement do you put on there lets be honest...

And I use the league forums once every few days/every other day because I'd like to know about new content etc etc.

I'm only upset that communication is still so poor that I have to read forum posts by your own players to find out more than you tell us on a regular basis.
