How come when you view tribunal it shows (what im guessing) season 3 version of leagueoflegends.com and then when you click on anything non tribunal related it goes back to the new website look. Only reason why im guessing its s3 version is due to it having s3 FAQ in the little tabs :P.

The tribunal was shut down while they revamp it and make improvements. I'm betting they didn't update the look of it because that will come when they turn it back on. Hopefully soon, I am really excited to see what changes they make to the Tribunal.
