I could've sworn back in like season 2 or 3 there was a ranked mode for Twisted Treeline.

Did Riot just give up on it or what?

It's still there, but it's ranked teams. There's no solo queue for Twisted Treeline, and I'm pretty sure there never has been.

There should still be a ranked team Treeline queue. As far as I know, the queue hasn't been changed or removed.

It only shows up if you're in a ranked team though.
