Why leave certain champions broken but instantly nerf late game carries?

Why does nidalee get to be as unbalanced as she does but yet Sejuani gets nerfed instantly? Nidalee can half a carry on ur team with one spear on a 4 second CD or just spam it until she lowers the enemy team enough and if she does land a spear jump in and 100-0 anybody in the early levels. Its ok though that's not op and the reason she got changed in the first place..... to avoid being able to carry a game on just pressing Q from a screen away and destroying you. Yet Sejuani actually has to have items do be a game changer and actually go in and land her ult.

Riot seriously? you buffed her to be nearly exactly where she was with her Q damage and on top of that made her able to jump farther in cougar form to a marked target and deal a stupid amount of damage....... You say she can stay this way because she lacks any form of CC but SHE CAN CHASE ANDYBODY DOWN IN COUGAR FORM CC honestly doesn't matter her damage is unbalanced and its disgusting you let her stay this way.

Why let this champion stay so obviously broken yet you can instantly nerf Sejuani a champion who has seen very little play until recently.

Sejuani is good but honestly she has to get to late game just like a lot of other champs and has to be able to land her ult on the back line (NOT A FOUR SECOND COOLDOWN) to be able to stick to them.

Like I get it you favor certain champs over others which is why you wont just balance her like you did awhile back but randomly buffed her back to broken status. I just don't get it.

Sej and Amumu actually had ~55% winrates in solo queue before Cinderhulk went live. They mentioned in the patch notes that they'd be watching both those champs closely, since they would clearly benefit from the new item.

Sej was pretty much instantly flirting with a 60% win rate after the patch -- it helped her a LOT more than most tanky junglers because of her damage scaling with her own health.

Also, while she has great team fighting, she also has ridiculous early ganks, between engage with a knock up, decent burst with W, and then the slow on E. If she's also got her ult, you're not going anywhere for 3-4 seconds unless you have Cleanse or a QSS. She's like Jarvan but a lot harder to kill, and you can't flash out of her ult (but also less early damage).

They also just nerfed Nid's clears, which was what made her so strong in the jungle. Yes, her spears are annoying. No, she's not broken.

How is nid not broken? you can build her full ap just like you use to and spam q's all day long and its not just the jungle she's stronger mid lane than she use to be when she was recognized as a problem
