Looking at your ranked stats it looks like you try a champion in ranked once, and if you don't do good you move on. You would probably do a lot better by figuring out what you're good at in Normals first, and if you don't do so hot don't take it into ranked at all. You might have been Gold a long time ago without those many champions you only used once or twice.
