Question about Annie's passive

So Annie can hold her stun forever meanwhile Yasuo (Q), Ashe (Q), Twisted Fate (W) can't. What's the logic behind it? What kind of sorcery is this? Where is the counterplay? Please don't tell me passives and skills are different because I will call that BS since she is able to nuke an entire team with that stupid passive. Why not let Yasuo, Ashe, TF keep their stacks and stun and let them use whenever they want? Not to mention Riot raped Veigar's stun because of ''COUNTERPLAY'' Give that same treatment to Annie's passive and ult. Let me guess no guts eh? Go ahead Annie fanboys keep downvoting please.

Edit: Just so you fanboys know I'm not just talking about mid lane Annie. While offering excuses please make up some for supp Annie as well.

Yasuo could farm with AAs as an AD champion while holding his Tornado forever. TF could farm with wildcards while holding his stun forever. Veigar could farm with Q and have an instant full team stun forever. Annie must either give up her stun to farm OR give up CS trying to farm with AAs while holding her stun forever.

First of all the counterplay is to not group, as well as many other things, also i'm no expert at champion kits but, You are supposed to be able to punish Yasuo, Ashe, and TF for not using their stuns or abilities because that gives them counterplay,

Part of this reasoning Pucking is because as her current stun stands, she could not stun someone within a full rotation of it. It takes 4 spell casts to activate, then a fifth one to stun. She would have to blow her whole kit doing things, and then stun someone. this means she is either reliant on farming stun while in lane doing stuff, or spamming h er shield on the way to a gank which is kinda a stupid idea.

Also let me point out that if she does not have her stun up in a full rotation of her combo? she dies.

Ash's Q is not a stun.
