riot official statement on xerath

The fact that riot hasn't made an official statement on why they chose not to disable xerath shows how arrogant and lazy riot is as a company. As with any issue they lack transparency and leadership when issues arise. He should have been disabled tbh but if they decided not to they should come out and say why they chose this option.
