Any news on the Tribunal?
There hasn't been anything said officially about the Tribunal upgrades since May. Could we get some new info on how progress is going? Player toxicity is still a very hot topic.

It considers you a summoner therefore Riot's lore team will not allow it.
I miss the tribunal personally :'( Reading logs of ragers and such always made me laugh and I was useful to the community only by judging which person was in the wrong and which was in the right!
Bring back Tribunal Riot! Please! 
i say pass on the tribunal and just flat out remove chat. while we are at it remove the report abuse function. the only things that should be reportable are things like rassicts, homophones, and religion popping up in the chats. ive seen players reported for saying gg, ive been reported for flaming on a worthless team that i carried hard, had 2 feeders down to the base race matches.
this is a game first game second and game third. idk why you guys like the drama so much
People who should be banned still aren't.
Good riddance, it was a failed experiment and tremendous waste of resources. Riot needs to take a page from more competent, professional developers and implement Dota 2's system.
Please give us some information on this, it feels like its been over a year since it was up. The game seems to have become worse for it, and personally even though I report people still, it feels empty because nothing is being done about abusive players right now.
When Lyte last talked about it, he said they are shooting for having it out by the beginning of Season 5.
