I understand there's a restriction on the number of chests you can buy per day [25]. I was just curious as to why this limit exists? Trying to pick up Hextech Annie. Also, is the '10 Chest Bundle' supposed to guarantee a Rare Gem drop? Because twice now I have gone through those bundles without finding a gem. It sounded like they were supposed to come with one? Just looking for clarification. [slayer-jinx-catface]

I don't believe they guarantee a gem because it says nothing in here, and I'm assuming the limit is to keep people from cheesing it by throwing 1k dollars in and just buying chests for days? I'm not sure.

Just because someone wants to put money into the game and get some skins doesn't make it a bad thing. If i want to spend 1k on COSMETICS i should be able to really. I mean i can right now, just put 1k into the game and get all the skins i want. But the chests? No i have to wait for that. Why? What makes chests so much more different?

Volcanuz1 votesThe thing is waiting doesn't make you get hextech annie quicker. If people want the skin that much and love annie that much like i do then why put a limit on it? They are still spending the money for it.
I mean look at the math that one guy on reddit did, he calculated it would take 6 years if you didn't buy a chest to get Hextech annie, though you CAN get the skin in a chest though but still. If it takes that long normally why would we not be able to pay and get it a little faster. It isn't like that skin helps us win games right? Or do skins make you play better now or something??
I just don't get how it is a bad thing to have the limit on the chest buying removed or lax'd on.
Its to stop the gambling factor, buying chests is very addictive, by putting a limit on it people with that addictive nature are less likely to chuck more money then they should, while someone who just genuinely wants to buy lots of chests should have the patience to wait 24 hours before they buy another set of chests,
