[RANKED] END OF GAME [VICTORY/DEFEAT] CUROSR BUG

So after winning a pretty hard ranked game and having the 'victory' screen display, my cursor 'sticks' to the center of the screen, making me unable to move it without it 'bouncing back' to the center. Alt-tab doesn't help, just sticks the mouse cursor in the upper left corner of the screen. Incredibly frustrating as I am unable to ever the see post-match screen. Especially in ranked, this is annoying as all your hard work feels wasted. :3
