[CLIENT] Team Builder LOCKED - Implements requirements for Normal Draft Pick

Having played Team Builder almost exclusively for some time, I logged on today to find Team Builder locked; imposing a Lvl 25 Account requirement and 16 champion minimum (The same as Normal Draft Pick). This seems strange to me, as I had just played several tb matches not a couple days previously. I really hope this is just a bug, as in the requirement descriptor it lists "Normal Draft Requirements" as the reason for the lock. And unless Riot has begun implementing SIGNIFICANT changes to the queue structure without any announcement or notice, I'm assuming it's a mistake. If not, I would be very very disappointed, as tb is a great idea (allows new players to learn the meta/role placement much better than blind pick and pretty much gets rid of insta-lockers and toxic players). Please please please rectify this because as of now, it pretty much ruins the game for me. Blind pick solo queue is an unsupervised toxic hellscape. Thanks.
