What about Xypherous? 
I voted CertainlyT because his champions have really engaging mechanics (other than Darius, but we don't talk about him). They are occasionally overtuned, but they are definitely unique.
I don't like any of them.
for those wondering, Coronach made Lee Sin, Akali, Leblanc, Mordekaiser, Swain, Katarina, and Poppy...
Personally that makes him my least favorite, but some people may disagree I guess. It's funny that people give CertainlyT so much hate but this guy goes under the radar. Not that I want to start a witch hunt of course, I'm sure the guy is nice I just don't like his designs.
I think I like gypsylord's designs the best. Jinx is my favorite champion by far, and Vi and Gnar are both very fun to play. I look forward to future champions he designs.
Surprised CertainlyT is winning, considering all the heat this forum gives him at times. Then again, not all his champions were bad (except for release) 
and 
aren't anti-fun to play against anymore, and fun to play with for certain.
