i also love when he picks his main champion, that also happens to have a 39% win ratio. dont ask me how hes gold

Don't be that guy.
Conversely, I hate getting the same people on my team from a game I performed poorly or made a critical mistake.
He isn't gold. Not even S4 gold. He's currently 2-6 in placements and he can say hello to Bronze V.
Every game is going to have that one person who doesnt play well unless its completely one sided, but as soon as you see him start losing lane someone should be on their way to help or give him advice. Knowing what happens in ranked your teams probably did nothing but harass him about playing bad which most likely only made it worse.
Your fault for not waiting 2-3 minutes before you queue up again.
