How am I supposed to know when my laggs are gone?

i just played a custom on summoners rift and howling abyss, my ping was fine (as usual) but when i enter a normal/aram my ping goes up to 800 and i keep dc'ing all the time.

i already saw a bunch of threads about this with a lot of ppl having the same problem. now im afraid of playing because of leavebuster but if i dont play i dont know if my laggs are gone help me pls.

You could try standing up, if you can do it, then they are still there.

Run a tracert described here to check where your lag is starting, and you can run the command below to ping the EUW server and constantly test your ping;

ping 185.40.65.1 -t

Follow the steps on the Connection Troubleshooting Guide to make sure your connection is set up properly.
