Excuse me!?!? You're telling me you want to hinder our chance of winning this game, a ranked game btw, just because you want to do some stupid shit!? Is it any surprise that we lost that game. And then you try to say "well it was his fault, he's bad, WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH", fuck you. You deserve to be reported if you art like a jackass to people trying to win the game, then blame them when you lose.

Well, I mean there are a few scenarios in which you don't want to push tower. What were the conditions? Was she trying to freeze lane or something?

@MSK51 Like this fellow said, there are times where not pushing is the better option.

If your other laners aren't getting completely destroyed. You, alone are 1 lane out of 3 and possibly 4 (w/ jungler). If your solo laners are losing, It isn't worth it to freeze on a 1:2 investment ratio.
If every lane is tied except yours (winning). Then, hell yea, freeze all you want... you're getting a substantial lead while your team loses nothing for it. This applies during early laning phase as well. If you freeze the lane, your opponent misses out on gold and maybe exp as well if you zone them out.
If every lane is winning, I would not freeze. Pushing and getting objectives will end the game quicker and not give them a chance for a late game.

--- Final remark, if your team tells you to not push tower. Respect her decision.
